TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN THE AGENCY'S SERVICE AREA. 2. TO FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. 3. TO DEVELOP A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. 4. TO SERVE AS A LOCAL CLEARINGHOUSE OF INFORMATION ABOUT DISABILITIES. 5. TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE PROGRAM OF SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. 6. TO SOLICIT AND RECEIVE FUNDS FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SAME. 7.
