Mission StatementTO SPONSOR AND CONDUCT THE HOLDING OF WHAT IS NOW KNOWN AS THE WASECA SLEIGH & CUTTER FESTIVAL FOR THE PURPOSE OF STIMULATING CIVIC INTERESTS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND WINTER SPORTS AVAILABLE TO AND IN THE COMMUNITY OF WASECA, AND TO DO ANY AND ALL ACTS NECESSARY AND INCIDENTAL TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION. FURTHER, THE ASSOCIATION SHALL PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO AREA SCHOOLS AND TO THE MISS WASECA SLEIGH & CUTTER. ANOTHER GOAL IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS LIKE THE 4-H AND WASECA COUNTY FAIR.
