Mission StatementSee Schedule O for the complete description.MedLink Georgia is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center in North East Georgia that serves over 37,200 patients. MedLink not only treats illness, but also provides preventive services to keep patients well. MedLink is a NCQA Recognized Patient Center Medical Home that are focused on improving the health of our patients. Through our Population Health Management, MedLink is dedicated to prevention and detecting illness early to minimize the effect on the lives of patients, in order to maximize our patients' ability to live healthier lives. In doing so, there is a decrease in costly specialty and inpatient care and reduces the length of hospital stays. Such care is not only cost effective; it improves the quality of our patients' lives.
