IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SERVING SIX COUNTIES AND THIRTY-FIVE MUNICIPALITIES. IT'S MAJOR PURPOSE IS TO APPLY FOR, RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER A WIDE RANGE OF PROGRAMS WHICH CAN POSITIVELY AFFECT THE LIVES OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE DELTA AREA AS WELL AS IMPROVE THE ECONOMY OF THE AREA.
